2. The fan is adoption our latest testing and research of large chord,low revs,large blowing rate and high strength aluminum alloy silence style. The closed cooling tower system has advantage of low noise operation when compare to other factory cooling tower.The noise is below at least more than around 5dB(A).
3. According to the customer we can using import NSK or NTN standard drive bearing with long life service and high strength. The closed cooling tower system's belt,we adopt MITSUBOSHI belt.It have advantage of wear resistance and long life service.
4. In terms of workmanship about fill.We using the latest development and testing result PVC with anti-ultraviolet and chemical attack resistance in closed cooling tower system.This fill has feature of easy assembling,good rigid,Low Wind-resistance and excellent thermal performance.
5. Closed cooling tower system's steel frame is made of national standard high-quality angle steel and channel with high strength and good durability. In the other hand,all of the steel bracket is after galvanized processing with good preservative effect and long working life. The preservative process is suitable for British hot standard BS ENISO1461:1999 STANDARD.
